Form with a request for an immigration certificate for the Slonim Chassid Rabbi Yisroel Zalman Sheliovsky, signed by the Birkas Avraham of Slonim. 1934.
The form was sent by the center of Agudas Yisroel of Jerusalem and written on it are the names of Rabbi Yisrael and his wife. The Burkas Avraham signed the letter. The 3rd of Tishrei 1934.
