Letter signed by leading elderly Karlin Chassidim for the important activist Rabbi Menachem Porush, Jerusalem 1973.
The letter was written and signed by leading elderly Karlin Chassidim, who eventually established the Pibsk Karlin community, and was sent to the leaders of Agudas Yisroel, after an attempt was made to change the place of Rabbi Porush on the Knesset list.
They note his tremendous activity and the trust many have in him.
The letter is signed by Rabbi Yisroel Grossman, Rabbi Aharon Haltovsky, Rabbi Moshe Aharon Bukshpen and Rabbi Menashe Rosenfeld, all important and leading Karlin-Lelov Chassidim.
It should be noted that the letter was written on the official stationery of ‘Karlin Stolin] – before the clear division between the courts.
