Bill of sale of the Beis Din of Safed dealing with the sale of the apartment of Rabbi Moshe Charag, the supervisor of Kollel Vizhnitz, after his passing – signature and stamp of the Gaon Rabbi Raphael Zilberman Av Beis Din of Safed – Kislev 1809
Rabbi Moshe Charag [=Chatan Rabbi Gershon – Zeiger] immigrated to the Holy Land in 1839. Was the right-hand man of the holy Rav the Tzemach Tzaddik of Vizhnitz.
The bill is signed by the witness Rabbi Yisroel Aharon Margolis; Rabbi Zvi Aryeh the Shamash of the Beis Din; Rabbi Yosef Hirsch Geiger and by the son of the deceased: Rabbi Yaakov Gabriel and Rabbi Yitzchak Zelig.
Beneath the signatures, handwritten confirmation by Rabbi Raphael Zilberman Av beis Din of Safed signed by him and with a (blurred) stamp.
