The Chevras Nachalas Yisroel – Rama tried and succeeded to purchase land and establish a Yishuv near the gravesite of Shmuel the Prophet in Northern Jerusalem.
This is one of the activities of the society to provide Lulavim sold by the Arab Ahmed Mustafa of Nebi Samuel.
