Marriage certificate of the important famed rabbinic Rabbi Ephraim, the son of the famed Rav Rabbi Ze’ev Shachor, signed by Maran Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Hacohen Kook, the head of the Chief Rabbinate and its president. In Hebrew and a foreign language. 1928.
The certificate was given in 1928; however, it indicates the wedding of Rabbi Ephraim Shachor, the son of Rabbi Ze’ev and Mrs. Chava Zeltzer, the daughter of Rabbi Yehuda Leib Zeltzer of Brooklyn, which took place in Jerusalem in 1924.
The signature of Rabbi Kook in Hebrew and English and the signature of the general secretary Rabbi Shmuel Aharon Shazuri Weber and the stamp of the Chief Rabbinate.
