Lengthy letter handwritten by the Gaon Rabbi Zvi Pesach Frank, author of Har Zvi and Mikra’ei Kodesh, for the establishment of a Mikvek in Bat Yam. 1946.
In the letter, he writes at length about the importance of the Mikveh, asking the Bat Yam council to take part in the building of the Mikveh alongside the generous donation of Mrs. Alta Lehrberg.
The leaf is handwritten entirely by him.
