Certificate for the Shochet Rabbi Chaim Reuven Chazan, signed in 1968 by the leading Dayanim of HaEidah HaCharedit.
The signatories are the Geonim Rabbi Pinchas Epstein, the Rosh Av Beis Din, and with him the Dayanim Rabbi Yisroel Yitzchak Reisman and Rabbi David Halevi Jungreis.
The certificate was given before the Tishrei holidays and in it, they note that the Shochet has shown his knife to the Badatz and it was found to be fine.
[1] official stationery. Written by a scribe and signed by the Dayanim and with the stamp of the Beis Din. Very good condition.
