Wonderful certificate of excellence of the Etz Chaim Talmud Torah – given to the famed Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Aharon Yudelevitz at the age of 14, signed by the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Aryeh Levin, who eventually became his in-law.
The certificate indicates that the excellent, sharp and pious student Shmuel Aharon has not missed even an hour of study and has demonstrated knowledge in all subjects of the Torah.
The original certificate is important and historical in itself and all the more so when it was given to the Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Aharon Yedelevitz. A special touch is added by the signature of the chief Mashgi’ach of the Etz Chaim Talmud Torah, the Tzaddik gaon Rabbi Aryeh Levin, who eventually became the in-law of Rabbi Shmuel Aharon.
The original certificate is printed and on it were added the grades and comments. The signature of the Melamed Rabbi Chaim Kalman Levin and the Mashgi’ach Rabbi Aryeh Levin. Filing perforations. Prominent fold lines. Aging stains and more. Fair-good condition.
