The Psak Din was given in Sivan 1937 about the important educational institution of Tel Aviv, Sinai, for children of Bnei Torah from Poland, established by Rabbi Pinchas Mondry, who was the chairman of Agudas Yisroel in Tel Aviv, and others. The Psak Din states that Rabbi Mordechai Horonchik, a Ger Chassid living in Tel Aviv, who established many Torah institutions in the town, agreed to transfer the money that was confiscated by the Psak Din.
