Letter with a protest against a dishonest Shochet handwritten by the Gaon Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Wolk Av Beis Din of Pinsk. 1903.
In the letter, he protests against a Shochet who worked on Sabbath and he asks to prevent people from eating the meat.
[1] official stationery. Fold lines. Erasing lines drawn on the entire letter, possibly indicating it was not sent. Wear and ink stains. On verso of the leaf, varied handwritten notations. Good condition.
