Letter of Recommendation by the Gaon Rabbi Henich Chaim Rappaport of Lodz for Rabbi David Lieberman, Moreh Hora’ah in the town. [1934].
The letter is written on official stationery, with the handwritten signature and stamp of the Gaon Rabbi Henich Chaim, who was previously the Rav of Reichvohl and later moved to Lodz.
He confirms that Rabbi David ben Rabbi Eliyahu Lieberman has been practicing as Rav for several years in Lodz, at the synagogue on 56 Peldosky St.
The writer’s son, Rabbi Yitzchak Meir Rappaport, survived the Holocaust and lived and operated in Komemiyut and Bnei Berak.
