Letter by the Gaon Rabbi Naftali Wasserman, the son of the great Gaon Rabbi Elchonon Bunim Wasserman, on the official stationery of the Baranovich Yeshiva, for helping a yeshiva student. Hanukkah, 1939.
In the letter, which was handwritten and signed by him, Rabbi Naftali Wasserman appeals to his friend the Gaon Rabbi Aharon Berg, one of the leaders of Vaad Hayeshivas in Vilna, asking for advice for Mr. David Hershokovitz who is studying at the Baranovich yeshiva and is looking for a recommended physician or hospital department.
The letter refers to additional names and financial issues of the yeshiva.
