Letter of Blessings for a Bar Mitzvah handwritten and signed by the Gaon Rabbi Mordechai Yoffe Schlesinger Av Beis Din of Eisenstadt and Tel Aviv to Rabbi Shmuel Rosenberg, the Mayor of Bnei Berak.
In the letter, he blesses him for the Bar Mitzvah of his son David Sholom Zvi.
The Rebbetzin joins him separately in his blessing.
