Seder Mamadot, the version of the Shelah Hakadosh with an addition by the holy Rav the Ohev Yisroel of Apta and with an approbation by the holy Rav of Zhinkov. Mezhibuzh, as printed in Mahlov 1828.
Mahlov is written on the title page, in large fonts; however, in smaller fonts it was noted that it was printed in Mezhibuzh as printed in Mahlov. The year of printing that was written is 1825 yet it too is mistaken.
On the inside title page, an approbation by the holy Rav Rabbi Yitzchak Meir of Zhinkov, the son and successor of the holy Rav the Ohev Yisroel of Apta, who writes in the name of his great father about the vurtue of this edition.
Added to this edition of Seder Mamadot were Seder Amirat Haktoret for the days of a plague and Davar Chadash al Seder Amirat Hakorbanot, both by Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Heschel of Apta – the Ohev Yisroel.
On the title page, an ownership notation from the period: הק’ צבי יהודה בן נחמן שו"ב מטלנעשט.
Incomplete copy. The four last leaves were completed with a facsimile. Professional restoration to additional leaves. Fine new leather binding. Overall condiiton of the other leaves and the entire copy: good-very good.
