Letter by the Holy Rav Rabbi David Moshe of Kretshnif, with his handwritten signature – Rechovot – 1964

This rare letter is a confirmation hand-signed by him that Rabbi Fischel of Bnei Berak can be trusted with all matters of Kashruth.

The Rebbe ends his letter with a blessing and promise that ‘אין חבר מוציא תחת ידו דבר שאינו מתוקן’.

The Holy Rav the wonder worker Rabbi David Moshe Rosenbaum of Kretshnif (1925-1969), a sublime wonder worker. Despite his young age, he was renowned as one of Sarfei Malah whose blessings never returned empty-handed and all that he said was fulfilled. All the Tzaddikim of the generation sent Jews to him for cure and salvation. Maranan the Chazon Ish, the Holy Rav of Belz, the Holy Rav the Beis Yisroel of Gur, the holy Baba Sali, and the Holy Gaon the Steipler sent people who needed salvation to him and he worked miracles for them. In the summer of 1969, he travelled to the graves of his fathers in Romania, collapsed suddenly and passed away. His coffin was brought to Israel and he was laid to rest in the cemetery of Rechovot. His burial place attracted thousands of Jews of all groups and communities and many saw there miracles and salvations.
