Sefer Chessed LeAvraham, by Rabbi Avraham Azulai – First Edition – Amsterdam, 1685

Bound with Or HaChaim by the Chassid Rabbi Yosef Yavetz and with the important elucidation, Mayan Ganim, by the holy Rav Rabbi Zvi Elimelech of Dinov, author of the Beni Yissachar. Lemberg, 1863. 

Sefer Chessed LeAvraham, an important Kabbalistic book by the Kabbalist Rabbi Avraham Azulai. First Edition of Emanuel Atias, with varied Kabbalistic illustrations. In that same year, 1685, the book was also published in Sulzbach. 

[5], 65, 28 leaves. Ornate title page. Stains. dark leaves. 

Bound with Sefer Or HaChaim by the Chassid Rabbi Yosef Yavetz, who was exiled with the Jews of Spain. Its first edition was published in Ferrara in 1554. The book contains the elucidation by Rabbeinu the Bnei Yissachar, Mayan Ganim, with acute attacks on the members of the Enlightenment Movement and its leader, Moses Mendelson. The book was first published in Zholkva in 1848. The holy Rav Rabbi Yehoshua of Belz said of the book that it was not a book but a piece of a Jewish heart. 

34 leaves. Some leaves were cut in the printing affecting the headings. Stains. 

Late, complete binding. Good-very good overall condition.
