This is the second edition of this book. The first edition, however, the Venice ca. 1590 edition was originally incomplete. 

The great Rav Rabbi Chaim Yosef David Azulai, the Chida [1724-1806]. A revered holy Gaon. Famed for his journeys and travels.

The Gaon Rabbi Chaim ben Rabbi Yaakov Abulafia (1660-1744) Shadar and Av beis Din of Safed, Izmir and Tiberius. One of the refounders of the Jewish Yishuv of Tiberius. Author of Yosef Lekach and Etz Chaim on the Torah and Yashresh Yaakov and Shvut Yaakov on Ein Yaakov. Was a disciple of Rabbi Moshe Galanti (the Second) at the Beis Yaakov Yeshiva of Jerusalem. 

Renewed binding. Stains. Wear to the edges and corners of the first and last leaves, affecting the text of some of the last leaves. Taping to the last leaf. Moth holes. Fair-good condition.
