Broadside for a prayer for the Jews of Iran, written in 2000 and signed by contemporary Gedolei Hador and Poskei Halacha.
The broadside is signed by Maran the author of Shevet Halevi, Rabbi Nissim Karlitz, Rabbi Michl Yehuda Lefkovich, Rabbi Aharon lein Steinman, Rabbi Gershon Edelstein, Rabbi Baruch Rosenberg, Rabbi Shlomo Machfud and Rabbi Shimon Badani.
Gedolei Hador call and ask the public to pray for the prisoners imprisoned in Iran who were accused of treason and might hang for it.
Maran the Sheves Halevi writes: "With G-d’s help, it is a great Mitzvah to pray for our brother Bnei Yisroel who are in distress". Gedolei Hador added their handwritten signatures.
