Psak Halacha handwritten by the great Gaon Rabbi Leib Malin, the founder of the Beis hatalmud Yeshiva who was a leading student of the Mir Yeshiva.

The great Gaon Rabbi Leib Malin [1906-`962] one of the leading Bnei Torah of Lithuania before the war. Was a disciple of the great Geonim Rabbi Shimon Shkop, Rabbi Baruch Ber Leibovich and Rabbi Elchonon Wasserman and a student of the Mir and Brisk yeshivas. Was exiled to Shanghai with the yeshiva and from there immigrated to the USA, where he established the Beis Hatalmud Yeshiva. Was a famed Gedol Hador until his sudden passing.
