Lengthy Halachic autograph, on Hilchos Geirim, handwritten by the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Yosef Elazar Rosenfeld, the Rav of Freistadt, sent to the Gaon Rabbi Meir Stern Av Beis Din of Tyrnau and the vicinity. 1912.
The Psak Halacha discusses whether it is allowed to teach a gentile Torah if he wants to convert.
The Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Yosef Elazar Rosenfeld, the Rav of Freistadt [1843-1919] a disciple of the Kesav Sofer and son-in-law of the Gaon Rabbi Yisroel Yitzchak Aharon Landsberg. Was the Rav of Freistadt for over 40 years. Author of Ateret Zvi, Chavot Yair and more. See: HaChatam Sofer Vetalmidav, p. 496.
[3] leaves. Five pages handwritten and signed by him. The ink and script are slightly difficult to read. The ink has seeped into the other pages. Holes between the letters. Ink stains. The leaves are in good-very good condition.
