Signature of the holy Rav Rabbi Moshe Unger of Dombrova, the son-in-law of the Divrei Chaim with the other leaders of the Kollelim of Safed confirming that they received the charity money for all the Kollelim of Safed and authorize the great Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Salant, the Rav of Jerusalem. 1892.
A document written in fine script signed by the leading rabbis of Safed.
The signatories are the famed heads of the Kollelim of Safed including Rabbi Mordechai Segal, Rabbi Moshe Charag, Rabbi Binyamin Zeev Segal, Rabbi Yosef ben Ephraim of Jassy and more.

The holy Rav Rabbi Moshe Unger [1820-1989] the son of the holy Rav Rabbi Mordechai David of Dombrova and the son-in-law of the holy Rav Maran the Divrei Chaim of Sanz who revered him, marrying him off to his daughter Mrs. Miriam.
