Torah Or, an addition to Degel HaTorah, innovations on Chanukkah and the lighting of the Menorah, published by Rabbi Menachem Mendel Kasher. The press of Rabbi  Yitzchak Meir Alter, Warsaw, year II, issue IV, Kislev 1921.

Degel HaTorah – a religious journal that was published during the years 1921-1923. The journal was founded by the members of Mo’etzes Gedolei HaTorah of Poland to unite "all contemporary Geonim, Gedolei Torah and its sages and learners, all over the world, to share their words…". The journal discussed halachic questions, current issues and questions about the settlement of Eretz Yisroel. It introduced innovations by geonim of previous generations and encouraged young yeshiva students to publish their innovations. The journal was edited by the Geonim Rabbi Simcha Hacohen of Dvinsk, Rabbi Meir Dan Plocki, Rabbi Menachem Zemba, Rabbi Meir Hacohen of Monkatov and Rabbi Menachem Mendel Kasher.
