Horah Gever, elucidation on Masechet Horayot by the Gaon Rabbi Bezalel Regensburg, a leading disciple of the Noda BiYehuda. Prague, [1802]. The personal copy of Rabbi Yehuda Segal Rosner Av Beis Din of Sekelhid.

[4], 38, [5] leaves. 33 cm. Some of the title page with red lettering. Owner’s signature on the title page and stamps of Rabbi Yehuda Segal Rosner.

The Gaon Rabbi Bezalel Regensburg [1762-1821] a disciple of Maran the Nodah BiYehuda and his leading Rav Rabbi Leib Fischles of Prague. Author of Hagahos Maharav Regensburg and additional Seforim. Most of his compositions were lost and have not been printed, including, apparently, a large and comprehensive composition on the Torah; however, some of his knowledge and genius are indicated by these pages of references.

The holy Gaon Rabbi Yehuda Segal Rosner (1884-1944) – Av Beis Din of Sekelhid, one of the contemporary leading rabbis and Rashei Yeshivos. A disciple of the Sheves Sofer and Arugas Habosem and the son-in-law of Rabbi Moshe Jungreus. Perished in Auschwitz with his only son, Rabbi ShmuelChaim. His famed disciples were the Admor of Toldos Aharon, the Admor of Vizhnitz Monsey and the Kabbalist Rabbi Yehuda Zeev Leibowitz. 

Simple renweed binding. Stains. Folds to the corners pf some leaves. Blemishes and wear to the edges of the last leaves. The last leaf is torn at its length and its edges are blemished, affecting the text. Fair condition.
