Passover Haggadah with commentaries and elucidations by leading rabbis. Warsaw, 1877. Copy of the Gaon Rabbi Yaakov Zvi Katz Av Beis Din of Sobasloi.
His stamps appear on the title page and elsewhere. Inside the Haggadah, a lengthy handwritten gloss.
The Haggadah includes commentaries by Rashi, Rashbam, Abravanel, the holy Alshich, the Shelah, Tzofnat Pane’ach, Rabbi Yaakov Emden, Ma’asseh Roke’ach, Mishneh Lamelech, Rabbi Shaul and Eliezer of Amsterdam, the Noda BiYehuda, the Chatam Sofer, Mateh Aharon and the Mahari of Lisa.
Rabbi Yaakov Zvi Hacohen Katz was the grandson of the great Gain Rabbi Yaakov Zvi Weiss Av Beis Din of Sobasloi the first and the son-in-law of the Imrei Shefer of Darog.
