The great Gaon Rabbi Moshe Shatzkes Gaon Av Beis Din of Lomzha in a letter on supporting a Talmid Chacham, to Maran the great Gaon Rabbi Chaim Ozer Grodzhinsky of Vilna. 1936.
In his letter, which was handwritten and signed by him, he pleads for the Gaon Rabbi Yehuda Solchanka, Rav and Ram of a small yeshiva on Zerkrova near Lomzha.
The letter was sent in Menachem Av 1936 and reached its destination in Elul.
