Letter of blessing and approbation written by Maran the Posek and Gaon Rabbi Moshe Feinstein on a book elucidating the Tarhum Yonatan ben Uziel. New York, 1979.
In the letter of approbation, the Gaon Rabbi Moshe explains that many need a comprehensive commentary of the Targum Yonatan ben Uziel and praisingly notes the important clarifications of the author.
The letter was given to the Gaon Rabbi Kalman Pinsky, the son of Rabbi Alter Aryeh and son-in-law of the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Eliyahu Lupian, a great Gaon and Tzaddik who dedicated many years to elucidating the Targum Yonatan ben Uziel. Passed away in 1986.
