Letter on charity and education matters – handwritten and signed by Maran the Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Eliezer Menachem Mann Shach. Bnei Berak, 1973.
Maran the Rav appeals to philanthropists and rabbis with a request for the Bayit Neman institution for girls. The Rav Shach notes that the institution is in trouble after many years of devoted activity that bore blessed fruit.
