Letter dealing with building the boarding school by the famed Pressburg Yeshiva, by the great Gaon Rabbi Avraham Shmuel Binyomin Sofer, author of the Chashav Sofer, from the year he was Rav of Pressburg before the World War. 

The letter was sent to the philanthropist Rabbi Meir Braun, typewritten and signed by the Chashav Sofer in 1938, describing the re-establishment of the yeshiva and the direct connection between his yeshiva and that of the Chasam Sofer. 

The letter is on fine stationery of the Yeshiva, with pictures of Maran the Chasam Sofer, his son the Ksav Sofer and his grandson, the Shevet Sofer.

The Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Avraham Shmuel Binyomin Sofer author of the Chashav Sofer [1902-1962] the son and successor of Maran the great Gaon Rabbi Akiva Sofer the son of the famed holy Gaon the Shevet Sofer the son of the holy Gaon the Ksav Sofer the son and successor of Maran the Chasam Sofer. The Chashav Sofer established the Pressburg Yeshiva in Eretz Yisroel. He succeeded his father as Rosh Yeshiva, as Rav of Pressburg and was also a member of Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah and the president of Kollel Shomrei HaChomos. Passed away several years after his father’s passing.
