Lengthy, edited responsum handwritten entirely by the great Gaon and Meshiv Rabbi Shmuel Engel Av Beis Din of Radomishla and author of Shut Maharash. Radomishla, 1895.
The responsum deals with the time that should be waited after the marriage of a pregnant woman and other related issues.
Handwritten and signed by Rabbi Shmuel Engel. The responsum begins in its middle.
The great Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Engel of Radomishla [1853-1935] one of the greatest Poskim of Galicia. Served as Rosh Av Beis Din of Kashoi. Was a leading disciple of the Divrei Chaim of Sanz.
[1] leaf, written on both sides. Ink stains. Aging stains and slight wear. Signs of scorching affecting some letters. Restoration to edges. Good condition.
