Rabbi Shlomo Chaim Perlov of Balchov (Balçova) [1880-1941] the eldest son of the holy Rav Rabbi Yaakov of Novominsk and son-in-law of the holy Rav Rabbi Yehoshua Heschel Padua of Balchov. Authored many books and corresponded with leading contemporary rabbis. Many revered him for his diligent study of the Torah. Led his community in his in-law’s town of Balchov.
Traces of varied additional stamps of the holy Rav of Balchov on the first and last leaves. Wear. The last leaf is very worn and was slightly restored in the past. Card binding. Good condition.
