Copy signed by the Gaon Rav Rabbi David Avraham Keiro, a leading Sephardic Rav of Jerusalem. Passed away in 1859. Appears on all broadsides and among all signatories of the Batei Din of Jerusalem alongside the Rishon LeZion and other Sephardic sages. Served as Av Beis Din in Jerusalem.
