Manuscript, two Halachic responses by the Gaon Rabbi Chaim Tuvia Melinik Av Beis Din of Voltshin (Lithuania), author of Shut Be’er Chaim and Divrei Chaim, a disciple of Gedolei Hamussar, one of the Geonim of Lithuania – the second response was not published – Vekshna (Lithuania), before 1887
These are six pages with two Halachic responses by the Gaon Rabbi Chaim Tuvia Melinik. The first, dealing with the matters of Hefker Beis Din Hefker, was published in the author’s book Lev Chaim (Vilna, 1887) Siman 16. The second, about Kinyanim, was not published. At the end of the second response, the author’s handwritten signature.
