Letter by the Admor the Lehavat David of Biala – Bnei Berak, for the protection of the town and its character, with many blessings and an addition of lines handwritten by him.
The letter was sent in Nissan 1986 to the mayor of the town Rabbi Moshe Orenstein, with greetings for his actions for the town and with blessings לחוג את החג הקדוש מתוך בריאות הגוף ושמחת הלב ורב נחת נזכה להוושע ישועת עולמים לכלל ולפרט.
The Rebbe added ובזה הנני דורש בשלומו ומאחל לו חג שמח וכשר ויזכה לחוג את חג המצות בדיצה ונזכה בקרוב לאכל מן הפסחים ומן הזבחים בבנין בית הבחירה אמן. and his handwritten signature.
The Admor Rabbi David Mattisyahu Robinovich of Biala, the eldest son of Rabbi Yechiel Yehoshua of Biala, a descendant of the Yehudi Hakodosh of Peshischa. Served as the Admor of Biala, establishing his institutions in Bnei Brak. Was famed for his prayers which was a model and example to the world of Chassidut. His son-in-law is the Admor of Seret Vizhnitz Haifa Shlita.
