[1], 30; 39 leaves. 37 cm. After the Mantova 1730 edition. With stamps of Rabbi Yehoshua ben Moharshal of Sosnovitz and Ostrova. Stamp of Leib Friedman and signature of Rabbi Eliezer Sirkis, one of the leaders of Agudas Yisroel. 

‘Der Kleiner Noam Elimelech’ Rabbi Yehoshua of Sosnovitz-Ostrova (1819-1873) – the son of Rabbi Shlomo Leib of Lentshno, a disciple of the Chozeh of Lublin and the Yehudi of Pershischa. Rabbi Yehoshua was the son-in-law of Rabbi Zvi Menachem Meislis author of Responsa Zichron Zvi Menachem and the in-law of the first Admor of Biala, Rabbi Yitzchak Yaakov Rabinovich author of Divrei Binah. Succeeded his father and served as Admor of Sosnovitz and Ostrova, leading thousands of Chassidim and famed for his Gedulah and Kedusha. Author of Sefer Toldot Adam (Josefow, 1875) and was known as Noam Elimelech Hakatan.
