On the mimeographed letter that was handwritten by the Gaon Rabbi Yaakov Landau, words of blessings were handwritten by the Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Halevi Wosner author of Shevet Halevi and Maranan the Geonim Rabbi Yisroel Moshe Dushinsky, Rabbi Yisroel Yaakov Fischer and Rabbi Binyomin Rabinovich.
