The sefer received important approbations from such illustrious personages as the author’s grandson, Rabbi Mordechai of Neschiz-Lublin, Rabbi Yaakov Aryeh of Trisk, Rabbi Avraham of Lublin – the ‘Shevet Mi’Yehuda’, the Maharsham of Berzan, the Darkei Teshuva of Munkacz, Rabbi Meir Yechiel of Ostrowiec (Ostovtza), and Rabbi Aryeh Leibush Horowitz of Stanislav.
The Sefer Rishfei Esh had been printed several times before, in short versions or as part of other Seforim.
This edition is the first one to have the entire content of the Sefer, with many important additions.
Rabbi Elazar Lipschitz, son of Rabbi Yitzchak Arye, from the prominent Dayanim in Lodz. Son-in-law of the famous Rabbi Yechiel, the ‘Alter Rebbe’ of Alexander. Was close to his brother-in-law the holy Yismach Yisrael and his brother the Tiferes Shmuel.
8, 38, (mistakenly has 37 twice) 2 pp. Rabbi Lipschitz’s stamps appear several times inside. Somewhat dark pages, completely whole. Few age and usage stains on the first pages. Rare, good condition. Complete, renewed binding.
