The Gaon Rabbi Akiva Yisroel Wertheimer [1878-1938] was born in Breslau to his father, Rabbi Avigdor. Previously the Rav of Maisling and Liebak and later the Rav of Altona.
[1] sheet, large card restored in its margins. Densely written on its four sides and pages. 7 additional pages, also filled with writing. These pages are marked with an erasing line, apparently after being copied for a more orderly Kuntres.
