Letter of blessings received by Rabbi Eliezr Pollack – Rbbi and Darshan in the Orthodox community in Pest, Romania. Given by the community officers on occasion of his quarter centennial. Undated (apparently 1897).


The Gaon Rabbi Eliezer Pollack was born in Neitra and moved to Budapest in 1872, where he served as Rabbi in a shul on Rumbach st. As the letter was sent on occasion of his 25 years of service, it’s apparent it’s dated 1897.
