Letter from Rabbi Tzvi Dov Halevi Glicksohn – son-in-law of Maran Rabbi Chaim of Brisk and Rosh Yeshiva Toras Chaim in Warsaw. 1935
Letter from the great Gaon, Rabbi Tzvi Dov Halevi Glicksohn, Rosh Yeshiva of Toras Chaim in Warsaw, and son-in-law of the immense Gaon Rabeinu Chaim Halevi of Brisk, to Rabbi Boiminger, with a request to set up a Rabbinical Court to deal with two litigants who were connected to the Yeshiva.
Among those mentioned is the Gaon Rabbi Shlomo David Kahana of Warsaw.
In the body of the letter he writes that he concurs with those who agree that a terrible injustice had been done to R’ Mordechai Halpern, and he asks Rabbi Boiminger, the recipient, apparently referring to the in-law of the Rebbe, Rabbi Yisrael of Husiatyn.
