Sefer Or Hashem by Rabbi Chisdai Karshkash – Ferrara, 1555 – first edition.
The author, Rabbi Chisdai Karshkash (1340? -1410?) was a disciple of the Ran and a collegue of the Rivash. He was the first of the great philosophers who challanged and attacked some of Aristotle’s base tenets. Was the greatest of the dissenters to the Rambam’s foundations of his "Moreh Nevochim".
