Siddur “Beis Yaakov” from Rabbi Yaakov of Emden – late 1800’s – with a colorful illustrated title page with neat inscriptions of scores of Chassidic annotations on the words of the Davening.
The colorful illuminated title page, as well as the Chassidic annotations scattered throughout the Siddur were done by the scribe Rabbi Pesach, son of Yitzchak Spielerman.
At the end of the Siddur the scribe added “epitaph for a dear soul”, memorial for his mother, who had passed away on July 9, 1901
