Historic! The heads of the Kollelim in Tzefat and Tveryah in a letter appointing collection messengers and other Kollel topics, sent to the Gaon Rabbi Chaim Berlin, son of the Netziv of Volozhin. Tzefat, 1911.


The heads of the Kollel appoint the Gaon Rabbi Yisrael Yaakov Yaavetz, Gaon Av Beis Din of Kermentzog to be the guardian of their rights, and the lord Rabbi Shlomo Perlmann to inherit his father’s position.
