Letter full of blessings, regarding Tzedakah of Marriage assistance and Bikkur Cholim. Signed in the holy hand of Maran Rabbi Yisrael Avraham of Skolen, from the elders of this generation. 2004.


The letter is typed on the Rebbe’s letterhead, and is signed in his hand with his full signature. The Rebbe added at the top of the page, in his hand: “With the help of Hashem, master of all”.
