The book is bound with Shivat Zion, Halahcic responsa by the Gaon Rabbi Shmuel the son of Maran the author of the Noda BiYehuda. Warsaw, 1881.
The Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Reuven Chaim Klein [1884-1944] the son of Rabbi Zvi Dov Klein the leader of the Mukatch community and son-in-law of the famed Rav Rabbi Yeshaya of Kerestir. Was a leading disciple of the Tzaddikim of Munkatch and of the author of Sefer Darkei Teshuvah. For thirty years, he served as the Rav of Snina, Slovakia. His book Mateh Reuven survived the war in Europe.
