The Gaon Rabbi Yosef Adler, Gaon Av Beis Din of Turda, founded and reconvened after the war the Bureau of Orthodox Rabbis and the Bureau of Orthodox Communities, and headed them for several years.
On this document, his signature is printed, with handwritten additions.
The immense Gaon Rabbi Yehoshua Ehrenreich, son of the famous holy Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Zalmen Ehrenreich, Gaon Av Beis Din of Şimleu (Shamloi). Succeeded his father from after his passing until Rabbi Yehoshua emigrated to the Holy Land. His family continued the dynasty, and republished the writings of the Gaon of Şimleu (Shamloi).
