Ruling regarding an inheritance, signed by Maran the ‘Shevet HaLevi’, the immense Gaon, pillar of ruling, Rabbi Shmuel Halevi Wosner, Gaon Av Beis Din of Zichron Meir, and Rosh Yeshiva Chachmei Lublin, from his early years.
The signatories testify that they could not make any contact with the guardianship of the late R’ Hillel Frankel, and that they did not receive any information regarding his sister, who is apparently not among the living any longer.
The ruling was issued in Cheshvan of 1949, and is signed by the Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Spitzer, the Gaon Rabbi Gavriel Baumel, and Maran the Immense Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Halevi Wosner, in a very early signature.
