Very rare! Sefer ‘Chesed L’Avraham’ Drushim on Torah from the Holy
Rabbi Avraham HaMalach, son of the Holy Rabbi the Maggid of Mezritch and from the Holy
Rabbi Avraham Kalisker who was buried in the Holy city of Tiberius, and more collections from great Chassidic Rabbis and righteous of the generation. First edition Chernivtsi 1851.

Printed per request of his Holy grandson the Ruzhiner Rabbi, as written on the cover page the sefer was published: ‘במצות ובהוצאת אדמו"ר הרב הקדוש והטהור אור עולם מוה’ ישראל מריזין זצללה"ה נכד המלאך המחבר’
At the beginning of the sefer is the approbation of the Holy Ruzhiner Rabbi, this is one of three endorsements from him that have been printed. Less than a month after he wrote his endorsement, before the sefer has been printed the Holy Ruzhiner Rabbi passed away, therefor his holy sons Rabbi Shalom Yosef of Ruzhin and Rabbi Avraham Yaakov of Saidgura added their approval of their fathers endorsement, as written in their approbation.
This copy is very rare, since this is a first edition which is not to be found. The name of the city ‘טשערנאוויץ’ (Chernivtsi) is omitted from some copies as is from this one. Likewise, the margins from this copy are very wide as it was not cut when bound.

[2] 40 pages. 28-29 cm. Two first pages are skillfully rehabilitated. Light aging stains along the margins, with nothing missing. Not original cover. Very good condition.
