Two handwritten letters of greeting and Rabbinical issues from Admor Rabbi Yechezkel Shraga of Stropkov. 1921, 1979.


Two interesting letters, handwritten by the holy Rabbi Yechezkel Shraga Lipshutz-Halberstam, from different periods of his lifetime as Rabbi and Admor.

✵ Letter using the letterhead “Beis HaMedrash ‘Divrei Chaim’ Ramleh”, from his time in the Rabbinate in Ramleh, before he began serving as Admor of Stropkov.
The letterhead carries the inscription: “Beis HaMedrah ‘Divrei Chaim’ for the Chassidim of the Rebbes of Tzanz, Shiniva, Stropkov, Pintchov, Apt, and Szighet. Rabbi Yechezkel Shraga Lipschutz Halberstam, formerly Av Beis Din of Jablonka, Bambrek and the environs of Franconia, currently Av Beis Din of Ramleh”.
The letter was sent to Rabbi Moshe Binyamin Kleinman, of the board of the Po’alei Agudas Yisrael movement, in which he requests Seforim regarding Shmittah of lands and more, as well as a request to receive their newsletter.

✵ Letter of greetings for and Mazel Tov, sent to Rabbi Yitzchak Arye Leibush Halpern, on the occasion of the Bar Mitzvah of his son, Yechezkel Shraga David, with blessings for Nacahs, success and joy, and the merit to lead this son to Torah, the wedding canopy, and good deeds.
This letter states that the Rebbe of Stropkov is a member of the Beis Din Tzedek of Yerushalayim.
