10, [1]; [1], 40 leaves. 25 cm. After the Lemberg 1860 edition. With the handwritten signature and stamp of Rabbi Yitzchak Friedman Av Beis Din of Stará Ľubovňa. 

Rabbi Yitzchak ben Rabbi Shimon Yehuda Leib Friedman (1895-1942) Av Beis Din of Stará Ľubovňa. In 1936, succeeded his father as Av Beis Din of Tyrnau. A disciple of the Daas Sofer, Rabbi Baruch Fischer and Rabbi Menachem Schick. Perished in the Holocaust.

Worn binding. Stains and moth holes. Fair-good condition.
