Property deed of lease on a shop in the bazaar, given to Rabbi Chaim Meyuchas, signed by the Sephardic Beis Din in Yerushalayim. Adar 1882.
A deed of transfer and possession of a shop in the bazaar market – known to the Muslims ‘the gentiles of the family of the Mufti of the Al-Huseni family’, which was given to the Rabbi Chaim Meyuchas.
It is signed by the heads of the Sephardic court and the rabbis of the community.

The Gaon Rabbi Yosef Yehoshua Kariou (1807–1883) was Rav Av Beis Din and president of the Sephardic community in Jerusalem and before that he served in the rabbinate of Hebron. His Sefer ‘Bnei Yosef’ is an important Sefer that includes many details from his life and his teachings of Torah.
Rabbi Nissim Chaim son of Shmuel Baruch (1810–1897) is also the head of the Sephardic Community Committee and Rav Av Beis Din of the court. From the elders of the community and its sages.
The third signatory is the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Raphael Uziel.
In the continuation of the deed, a deed of partnership for the above-mentioned stores to the brother of the late Rabbi Chaim Meyuchas – that is Rabbi Yaakov Meyuchas, for the support of the orphans of his late brother, and to the venerated sage Rabbi Rahamim son of the gentleman Shlomo Mizrachi.

Rabbi Elazar Eliyahu Mizrahi (passed in 1907) one of the great rabbis of Jerusalem. Passed away in his youth.
Rabbi Chaim Eliyahu HaLevi, and with hi the owner of the deed, Rabbi Ya’akov Meyuchas.
The deed is also signed by Rabbi Yaakov Yosef Sutton –so called after his father, the elderly Gaon Rabbi Yaakov Sutton (passed in 1909) son of Rabbi Yosef Menashe Sutton, one of the sages of Aram Tzova and from the greatest rabbis of the Sephardic community.
